Dozens of Calgarians showed up Saturday afternoon to provide feedback on some proposed changes to Crowchild Trail.
It’s all part of the Crowchild Trail Study which is looking at short, medium and long term solutions for the major roadway. The most recent open houses are part of step five in the six phase project.
Feisal Lakha, project manager of the study for the City says the public has been engaged since the start of the project.
“What we’re asking Calgarians to do is to look at the draft recommendations that we’ve developed together over the last couple of years and get a sense of some of the strengths and weaknesses of the draft recommendations, with the intent of helping us refine the recommendations and get to an ultimate recommended plan that we take to Council at the end of the year.”
The City is accepting feedback online as well. More information can be found here.
