The man wanted in connection with a fatal crash on 37th Street earlier this year is now in police custody.
Police issued Canada-wide warrants for Derek Brian Grouette after the deadly wreck on February 18th.
52-year-old Keith Arthur Morley was killed when the vehicle he was in was slammed into head-on by a pickup truck, which had reportedly been stolen out of Chestermere.

Two people were charged, while investigators began the search for the 33-year-old Grouette, who faces numerous charges including hit-and-run causing death and dangerous driving causing death.
He was arrested after a foot chase with RCMP in Blackfalds on Wednesday.
Grouette’s expected in court today.
