You may remember the story from June of 2015 of two men seen in a viral video riding a moose in B.C. waters.
Today, they learned their fate.
Jaysun Pinkerton and Bradley Cook from Fort St. John pleaded guilty and were convicted of harassing wildlife with the use of a motor vehicle and slapped with a $4,300 fine.
Part of that fine includes $2,000 that will go to the Habitat Conservation Trust Foundation.
They were also charged last June of attempting to capture wildlife, and hunting big game that is swimming, but those charges were stayed.
