Brent Whitford was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age 3.
He says there's been nothing about the pledge since the campaign ended
Whitford has launched a facebook group for people who want to put pressure on the province.
Health minister Fred Horne is expected to address the issue at a news conference scheduled for a month from now.
