Friday  afternoon  the tac team surrounded a home near 16 th Ave and 68 street NE. and arrested 38 year old Chris Dunlop. He has been charged with manslaughter. Investigators believe the 38-year-old woman led a high-risk lifestyle and vanished for a couple of weeks.
Her body was found on September 7, 2009.
