The husband of Calgary Alderman Diane Colley-Urquhart has passed away at age 68.
David Urquhart was a graduate from Dalhousie University in drilling engineering. He led and started several oil and gas companies in Canada, The u-S and abroad.
A private service with family and friends will be held in Nova Scotia.
