Family and friends gathered Monday afternoon at the First Alliance church to remember a teen killed last week in a longboarding crash. 13 year old Duncan MacRae was killed Tuesday when he crashed into a cable fence while long-boarding down a hill, suffering a fatal injury to his throat. Hundreds attended the ceremony to hear tributes to the teen.....Pastor Kevin Carruthers told the group it's hard to understand the death of one so young.  He said there is simply no rational explanation for such a tragedy. A  make shift memorial has been set up at the bottom of the hill where Duncan died.
