Banff Mounties are looking for the public's help in indentifying a possible witness to an assault and kidnapping in the town back in April.
Back on April 29th, just before 5pm RCMP say a person walking to work was jumped by two men in a van, assaulted and forced into the vehicle. The assault continued in the van and the victim was then dropped off in another area of Banff.

At the time RCMP brought a man in for questioning...but he was released without charges.

Police say the victim has not be cooperative.
