The investigation into a crash that killed two pedestrians over the weekend continues. The pair were hit by a vehicle at the intersection of MacLeod Trail and 90 Ave. SE early Saturday morning. Acting Inspector Michael Waterston says at this point they're looking into everything including whether there was a mechanical failure in the vehicle or if traffic lights were working at the time. They've ruled out alcohol as a factor for the driver in the collision. Investigators are awaiting toxicology results from the deceased.
