A man who shot an intruder in his Erin Woods home early this year will not be charged. Calgary Police have found no legal wrong doing  in the death of
Joseph Lesley Talbot who was shot to death in an Erin Woods home in January.  
Homocide Staff Sgt Doug Andrus says the victim forced his way into the home, making his way into a bedroom and during a struggle, Talbot was shot with a long rifle.
Andrus says it wasn't a random attack as both the deceased and other person were life long friends who were involved in a long term dispute.
