Shooting suspect surrenders to police

A suspect wanted in Calgary's latest shooting incident has surrendered to police.   

A 58 year old woman is recovering in hospital after being shot three times outside her Martindale area home around one o'clock Monday morning.  This morning at 9-30, the woman's common-law husband turned himself in the Calgary Police District 5 office in Saddleridge.   

52-year old Nidah Abdullah Ibrahim faces a number of charges including attempted murder, aggravated assault and assault with a weapon.
