A 22-14 victory over the Stampeders on Saturday night, and the Toronto Argonauts have now won five games in a row over Calgary.

The first half of the game began with both teams struggling to find the end zone.

Three field goals by Waters helped out the Argos, while the Stampeders Rene Paredes booted a pair of field goals.

Then, with time expiring in the third quarter and Toronto leading 12-6 thanks to another field goal, Argos quarterback Ricky Ray completed a 26-yard touchdown pass to Andre Durie.

The fourth quarter saw Toronto kicker Swayze Waters booting his fifth field goal of the game.

Then, with just 12 seconds left to play, Calgary's Chris Bauman caught an eight-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Kevin Glenn.

Glenn then ran the football into the end zone for a two-point convert, which led to the Stamps attempting an onside kick.

The attempt would fail, however, with Durie recovering the ball to allow the Argos to hang on and win the game.

The Stampeders will look to get back on track next Saturday in Regina against the Saskatchewan Roughriders. (td)
