A Calgary man accused in a deadly south east crash has been granted bail.

Sitting quietly in a standard prison issue jump-suit, Kelly James York was told he would be granted bail on a number of conditions.  York was charged with a number of offenses, including impaired driving causing death, after a July 15th crash on 17th Avenue SE near 84th street.   Police say a van crossed the centre line and hit a motorcycle.  45-year-old Tony Harrison was killed in the crash.

Details of the bail hearing, heard recently were placed under a publication ban.  The case will return to court August 20th.
