RCMP are investigating a pipe bomb explosion in Red Deer that no one called in for several hours.  The initial report came in at about 2pm Saturday from a home on Nielsen Close.  They arrived to find a partially-exploded pipe bomb under an SUV, which suffered minimal damage.  No one was hurt, but it turns out, neighbours say they heard the blast at about 3:30 that morning, but no one actually called police.  Investigators are asking for tips to find who was responsible.
