RCMP have confirmed a drowning at Ghost Lake, near Cochrane.
Witnesses say a man was jumping with several friends from the Ghost Lake Bridge around 5pm Sunday. 
While swimming back to shore, the man was said to be struggling so his friends swam back to assist but were unable to reach him.
Emergency crews were called in and divers found the body, however paramedics were unable to revive him.
He has been identified as 21 year old Christopher Smallwood of Calgary.
