Premier Redford picked up a pitchfork and helped clean out a stall on the last day of Stampede. QR77's Lynne Pelser spoke to Redford this morning.

"It's not part of her normal duties, but this morning Premier Alison Redford could be found mucking stables at the Calgary Stampede. Premier Redford is a special guest and will be leading the RCMP's Musical Ride. Of her first Stampede as Premier, Redford says she's proud to be part of celebrating our cultural history and our future. Most especially holding on to traditions like the musical ride.
