Occupational Health and Safety are investigating after a construction worker was killed in the city's northwest last night.

Crews were called to the 2500 block of 2nd Avenue N.W.

Witnesses say a man was trapped under a bobcat.

EMS discovered the victim believed to be in his 50's lying near the machine .

He passed away in hospital.
