Calgary's two homeless shelters are seeing a spike in usage.  Inn From The Cold says it's dealing with more families now than in its entire 15-year history, despite the city's 10-year plan to end homelessness.  The shelter is housing 104 people right now, despite having room for only 96.  The Mustard Seed is also close to capacity, sitting just 23 people short of that mark.
