A Calgary mother has been handed a 13-year prison sentence for killing her infant son in 2004 and trying to kill another in 2010.  Justice Terry Semenuk has sentenced Stacey Joy Bourdeaux to four years for manslaughter, eight years for attempted murder and one year for failing to provide the necessities of life.  She was given credit for three years and five months of time already served, meaning she will spend another nine-and-a-half years behind bars.  Bourdeaux showed little emotion during the sentencing.  Her 10-month-old boy Sean Ronald Fewer was killed in 2004 and Bourdeaux later admitted to it in her diary entries.  She also tried to murder her five-year-old boy in 2010.
