Oklahoma's governor says delays in building the Keystone XL oil pipeline have been very frustrating. But Mary Fallin told the Global Petroleum Show in Calgary she's encouraged that TransCanada is planning to start soon on building a stretch of pipe from her state south to Texas refineries. Oklahoma is home to a huge oil storage hub and several pipelines criss-cross the state. Fallin also says the U.S should be buying crude from a friendly country like Canada instead of from less stable regimes.
