The deadline for filing income tax returns without penalty is midnight tonight.
    If you haven't filed your 2011 return yet, and you owe Ottawa, you will owe even more if you don't send it off tonight.
    The Canada Revenue Agency charges late filers five per cent of the amount owing, in addition to one per cent for each full month the return is late.
