A Calgary computer security expert has been found guilty of accessing, possessing and distributing child pornography.
Daniel Clayton was arrested more than a year ago as a part of a worldwide investigation called Project Sanctuary.
Clayton is a former British special forces agent who also owned a Calgary security consulting company.
Police allege he downloaded thousands of images of child pornography on his computer.
Clayton's lawyer said his client wasn't at home on his computer when the crimes were allegedly committed.
