We should know soon if more bodies can be recovered from the scene of Thursday's deadly landslide at Johnsons Landing near Kaslo.
Barb McLintock with the BC Coroner's Service also says an inquest may be held to determine if something could have been done to prevent this tragedy.
"If through that, there might be any ways --lessons that we could learn-- that might prevent future ones in similar circumstances. I mean, obviously, there's some things about this that are unique and we hope there won't be any similar circumstances, but given all the changing weather patterns, I don't think we can count on that."
Speaking with CKNW's Philip Till, McLintock insists the safety of emergency workers is paramount.
The body of 60-year-old Valentine Webber was recovered yesterday.
His two daughters, aged 17 and 22 are still missing, as is a 64-year-old German neighbour.
