Soccer fans throughout the city hope to celebrate more than just Canada Day this afternoon.
Italians will be packed in the downtown core and throughout the world to cheer on their country in the final against Spain.
630 CHED's/INEWS 880's Raff Papianni is in Rome for the big match.
He says a win today could really bring the country together.
"There's alot of positives when you win something like this, the whole country just rallies around it" says Papianni.
Italy hasn't won the Euro since 1968.
