Police say a driver was arrested on suspicion of impaired driving after a hard crash in downtown Edmonton Thursday night.
Witnesses say a BMW failed to make the turn at 109th Street and 104th Avenue. It T-boned another car and several people were taken to hospital for assessment of minor injuries.

The driver of one car was freed from the wreck by firefighters using the Jaws of Life. An impaired driving charge is pending. (ED, dm, twd)
