A Calgary man has pleaded guilty on a number of charges connected to indecent acts earlier this year.
Police made the arrest in spring 2016, following several instances where a man was seen masturbating outside various south Calgary stores between March 8 and May 9.
Police were contacted, but in each case the suspect had left before officers arrived.
Andrew Mitchell Durant was originally charged with six counts each of indecent acts and violating a court order.
Alberta Justice confirms the 29-year-old has pleaded guilty to five counts of indecent acts and one count of violating a court order.
He will be back in court for sentencing on April 4.
