There’s more free Wi-Fi for Calgary commuters.
Calgary Transit and Shaw Communications have announced public Wi-Fi service at 18 C-train stations in the northwest and the northeast.
All downtown stations already have public Wi-Fi.
Since its launched two years ago there have been over two million connections made to the city’s Wi-Fi network at LRT stations, with other one million megabytes of data used.
There are over 60 city-run facilities now connected including rec-centres, arenas and golf courses.
