Hope is fading in central Italy that crews will be able to find any more survivors following Wednesday’s power earthquake.
Strong aftershocks continue to rattle the region.
The magnitude-6 quake killed at 267 people, including one Canadian.
Meanwhile the Calgary Italian Cultural Centre is now working with the Canadian Red Cross to collect donations for earthquake relief efforts.
Cheques can be dropped off at the Italian Club in Bridgeland on weekdays until 3pm. People can also go directly to the Canadian Red cross website.
The Italian government has declared Saturday a national day of mourning.
