The man accused in the deaths of Taliyah Marsman and her mother Sara Baillie had his case in court again today.
Edward Delton Downey faces two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths.
Baillie was found dead in her northwest Calgary home on July 11th, sparking an Amber Alert for the 5-year-old Marsman.
Her body was found a few days later just outside city limits.
Downey himself wasn’t in court, but his lawyer Gavin Wolch spoke to the case this morning, adjourning it until September 7th.
