Trial dates have been set for the man accused in a death in the southeast earlier this year.
36-year-old Noel Francis Delorme was found in life-threatening condition back on May 29th.
It’s believed several people had gathered at the Forest Road home to drink when an argument led to the deadly confrontation.
Justin Woodside was eventually taken into custody and charged with manslaughter.
